The Basic & White Light Visualisation Meditation Workshop

images (10)Our practitioner have been practicing meditation for over 12 years; they mediate daily which helps them to remain focused, maintain concentration and clarity helping them on their journey and to support others on theirs.

We will instruct you step by step on how to relax, sense the body and release tension.

This is a valuable part of self-healing meditation. This meditation technique will help you to surrender, release and dissolve any emotions whilst strengthening your ability to develop a strong mental focus.

We will show you how to use simple 10 to 15 minute daily techniques to reduce stress, Improve your relationship with others and promote a better life style in your career, family, business or with friends.

The meditation techniques used have no specific religious reference and is not connected to any denomination.
